CATHOLIC
FAITH and
JUSTICE
Our mission is to raise awareness of and motivate action in response to the Catholic Church’s tradition of social justice, which is rooted in the basic truth that all people are created in God’s image. The Church calls us to bear witness to this truth in the parish, home, workplace, and public square.
"Social justice is an integral part of evangelization, a constitutive dimension of preaching the Gospel, and an essential part of the Church’s mission."

Catholic Social Teaching
We strive to expand St. Joseph Parish’s strong commitment to service and action, charity and justice. We seek to bring together parishioners who want to learn more about the Church’s social tradition (CST) of protecting life, promoting justice, lifting up the poor, and caring for our global home.Catholic Relief Services
Our training on behalf of the parish has enabled St. Joseph to be recognized as an official chapter of Catholic Relief Services (CRS), the US Bishops’ agency for humanitarian relief and development overseas. We advocate for legislation and raise funds for initiatives that assist the poor and vulnerable around the world.Offerings and Events
